Meet your guide, Marshall

Marshall is knowledgeable about, competitive training, recovery and injury prevention. Most importantly however he loves the trail and will allow you to experience Mendocino coast as never before. Marshall finished in 2nd place in the Crater Lake Marathon. Since then he suffered a tibial stress fracture and is currently preparing to compete in the Mount Washington Road Race and the 2nd San Fransisco Marathon as an Elite runner.
